Accessible. Accountable. Ready.

I’m Wayne Codner, and I’m running for State Senate because this district deserves leadership that listens first, communicates clearly, and works hard every single day.
I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, worked in healthcare, helped build a family business, and now serve as Mayor of Richlandtown Borough. Public service should be simple: be accessible, treat people with respect, and focus on the real issues affecting everyday life.
Families across District 16 are feeling the strain of rising costs, housing challenges, healthcare concerns, and a government that feels too distant. I’m running to bring practical leadership, honest conversation, and a real commitment to the people of this district. Pennsylvania primaries are May 19, 2026.

Service Has Shaped Wayne’s Life
Wayne Codner was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania. He served honorably in the U.S. Marines, used the GI Bill to acquire his education, built a career in Respiratory Therapy, earned degrees from Lehigh County Community College, Columbia University, and Penn State University; he is now the twice-elected Mayor of Richlandtown Borough.
His story is rooted in hard work, discipline, and building communities. That is what he will bring to Harrisburg.
